Anywhere Office: Working Models in Times of Future Work – a Holistic View

Flexible working models such as “workation” and “bleisure travel” can be a competitive advantage for employers in the “war for talent”. At the same time, implementing these new concepts is a complex task. Many employers are unsure whether and how they can embed modern working models. A holistic approach is often lacking – in addition to examining legal, tax and social security aspects, tax and social security factors, the “soft facts” must also be taken into account. “Soft” topics include duty of care in the context of working and travelling and the seamless communication of all measures to employees. After all, the employer as a “carer” is increasingly becoming a good habit and is also an added value in times of a shortage of skilled workers.

At ORGATEC, we talk to Corinna about these “hidden factors” and how the gap in a holistic approach can be closed. And, of course, about her personal recommendations and “places to stay” for the perfect combination of working and travelling.
