Good working conditions in the office often also ensure a high employer attractiveness. This is why the employer evaluation platform kununu and the Industrieverband Büro und Arbeitswelt e. V. (IBA) award prizes to the "Best Workplaces" in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The special one: Only the employees of the award winners decide on the awarding of the prize with their evaluations.
