Cawa Younosi is one of the most important German HR Executives, a LinkedIn TOP Voice, Germany’s 40 HR Minds, Germany’s HR Influencer No. 1 and is known for his innovative leadership at SAP Germany. Cawa Younosi has revolutionised the world of work with his approach that companies must adapt to the needs of their employees. Born in 1975, Younosi came to Germany as a refugee and initially made a name for himself as an employment lawyer. At SAP, he headed the global HR organisation until October 2023 and championed a trust-based work culture. He is also known for his commitment to promoting integration and job placement for refugees. Today, Cawa stands like no other for a new way of thinking in the world of work and in dealing with employees.
