New Work: When Work Turns into Something that Empowers People

Michael has been on a journey for more than seven years. It started with the development of a new office for thjnk, the advertising agency he founded, and now it’s his mission. How can we empower people through their work rather than making them sick? What can we do as individuals, as a team, and/or as an organization, and as a society to change not only how and where we work, but also what issues and challenges we work on? In more than 430 podcast episodes and a book, Michael, together with his partners Swantje Allmers and Christoph Magnussen, talks about people who are also on the path to a better way of working. In a mix of lectures, readings, and dialogue, he invites us to join him on this journey.
