STRIVE was born out of a clear need

Editor Katharina Wolff felt she was not represented in existing business magazines. We no longer hear the argument that there are too few women in leadership roles being covered. After all, there are 1.3 million women in senior roles in Germany, and the number is growing every day.

In the midst of the pandemic, Wolff founded a publishing house in a “calculated burst of courage” to create what should have existed for far too long: a magazine for everyone who is rethinking business.

STRIVE highlights female role models and tells business stories from a fresh perspective: exciting, inspiring, relevant.

More than just a magazine

Over the past five years, STRIVE has grown into a vibrant community. At events, workshops and masterclasses organised by the STRIVE Academy, readers, fans and supporters meet regularly to learn from experienced speakers, network and gain fresh inspiration for leadership and collaboration. A highlight is the annual STRIVE Awards, where outstanding women are celebrated for their achievements and commitment.

A diverse ecosystem has developed around STRIVE that connects people and opens doors: curated networks, selected formats for peer-to-peer exchange and the exclusive POWERHOUSE concierge service create targeted connections between professionals, executives and experts from various industries.
