UNSUCK HR: How to Transform HR from a Cost Center into a Profit Center

HR is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Processes are becoming increasingly automated, roles are evolving, and the question of HR’s real business impact has never been more relevant. What happens when HR moves beyond administration to become a driver of business success? When a cost center becomes a profit center?

In this panel, we explore UNSUCK HR from three distinct perspectives. Alexandra Barth, Chief People Officer at HRS Group, shares insights from an ongoing transformation in which she is fundamentally repositioning HR as a strategic business enabler. Founder Katharina Wolf contributes practical, entrepreneurial perspectives, while Dr. Tanja Becker, Lufthansa pilot and certified business coach, brings her expertise on performance, feedback, and high-performing teams.

Hosted by moderator Alissa Stein, this panel aims to reposition HR from a purely administrative function to a true driver of business success.
