Even as a six-year-old, when he was playing football with nine-year-olds Ralf Rangnick wanted to assign the team players, organize the match and show others how they could improve.
He now considers his job primarily as „development aid“: The holistic concept is important to him, not scrutinizing every little detail of his job for improvement potential.
