Employer attractiveness and work culture are closely linked and essential for a motivating work environment. An attractive employer brand therefore combines external image cultivation with a positive internal work culture. Developing employer attractiveness in synchrony with recognising and developing work culture strengthens the employer brand, improves employee satisfaction and productivity, attracts talent and promotes long-term business success.
