Whether it’s a country or a company, to be fit for the future we need more than creative minds who think beyond tomorrow. We also need people who are brave enough to break new ground and initiate change.
Former professional handball player and management consultant Fabian Kienbaum spoke to Michael Trautmann about Brave New Leadership, the need for open communication and the willingness to leave one’s comfort zone. He drew parallels between teams in business and those in top-level sport. Other topics included hybrid working, mentor and mentee models and other HR and management concepts.
