Future Work: What Will the Office of the Future Look Like When You’re Only the Copilot?

The office isn’t disappearing – it’s becoming more strategic!

AI is not only changing tools, but the very logic of work itself. As routines, analyses, and decisions are increasingly prepared by systems, the office must also redefine its role. What will space need to provide in the future when traditional office work becomes more automated? And how do we design offices that do more than offer square footage – offices that enable behavior, collaboration, and long-term resilience?

The office is becoming less a place for task execution and more a space for orientation, trust, culture, creativity, and better decision-making.
