The Office as a Playful Arena: What Spaces, Realities, and Shared Experiences Do We Need to Improve Together with AI?

As AI increasingly takes over rational analysis, emotional intelligence, implicit experiential knowledge, and collective judgment are becoming more important. But how can we actively develop the very capabilities that distinguish humans from machines?

This session with Winni Ransmayr and futurist Birgit Gebhardt explores what companies can learn from gaming and playful learning formats and why team spirit, learning culture, and skill development emerge most strongly where people share experiences together instead of working in isolation in front of screens.

From smart glasses to virtual sandboxes, the discussion examines which learning environments and spatial concepts can create shared experiences on a collective level and what this means for the office as a future space for learning and experience.
