"Cooking Is Like Music": What Businesses Can Learn from Fine Dining

Cornelia Poletto is a chef, entrepreneur, and one of Germany’s most renowned figures in the culinary world. Through her restaurant, cooking school, and other hospitality ventures, she has spent years leading high-performing teams in an environment defined by exceptional quality standards, constant pace, and continuous change.

At the Work Culture Festival, she will discuss great food, teamwork, and leadership, exploring how to inspire people around shared goals. The conversation will examine excellence, responsibility, and the importance of collaboration in an industry where quality must be earned every single day—and why, for her, cooking is like music.
