In a time full of challenges, Provinzial has taken initiative. With the LevelUP project, the workplace environments at the five major sites are being optimised in line with requirements and target groups. This will take (collaboration) to the next level – for more job satisfaction and to ensure future viability. The goal: an efficient, shared and sustainable working environment. This transformation is a big step. For this reason, a sustainable change and communication strategy was developed together with Drees & Sommer.
Marie Elaine Ludes and Sabrina Schaal presented the challenges and opportunities of this transformation and showed how Provinzial is dealing with them.
